What is (Mid) Life Coaching for Men?

Many men reach a point in their lives where they begin asking big questions: What is my purpose? Am I living my values? What mark do I want to leave behind? This is often a time of transition—a moment where you're seeking clarity and meaning. You might be grappling with questions about your calling, relationships, or how to make a real impact. (Mid) Life Coaching for Men is about helping you navigate these transitions with intention, identify what truly matters to you, and give you the tools to lead a fulfilled, meaningful life.

Whether you're struggling with how to live your values – move from anger to love, from fear to fulness – and get unstuck from what’s holding you back, I’m here to help you take those first steps toward clarity and fulfillment.

(Many people, regardless of gender, reach a point when they ask these big questions. This coaching is based on my lived experience as a man; hence, the focus on coaching other men.)

    Explore how to clarify the legacy you want to create, and develop actionable steps to ensure your impact on those coming after you.

  • How do you keep learning?
    Evaluate what you’re learning about yourself, and identify ways to apply your insights for growth and lasting change.

How will we work together?

  • 3 months: 5 sessions

  • 6 months: 10 sessions

  • 12 months: Bi-weekly sessions

Duration

1. Discover
We’ll begin by exploring your past experiences, current struggles, and what has shaped who you are today. Together, we’ll identify what holds you back and what truly matters to you.

2. Define Goals
Through deep reflection, we’ll clarify your personal goals and align them with your values. This will help us chart a course for your growth.

3. Develop a Plan
Together, we’ll craft a personalized development plan to help you tackle your goals, address challenges, and take action.

4. Experiment & Grow
We'll set small, actionable experiments to integrate your learnings into daily life, and continually reflect and adjust along the way.

5. Measure Progress
Together, we’ll track your growth, evaluate how it impacts your personal life and the people you care about, and make adjustments as necessary.
